*UPDATE: Dec 10, 2019: Canada Post has stopped guaranteeing regular packages as of Dec 10. We have added a paid option for Xpresspost shipping if you need your package delivered faster.* Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee Christmas delivery but promise to pack and ship your orders ASAP.

Can STASH ship my gift directly to the recipient?

Heck yes we can! All of our parcels are wrapped up like gifts, so whether it's a gift for yourself or someone else, you know it will arrive in style. We don't include any financial information on our packing slips (including prices!) so you don't have to worry about any unwanted information showing up.

Just make sure you put the recipients address as the "shipping address" when you check out. You can also add a little note to your friend at the checkout that will show up on the packing slip.

Does STASH sell giftcards?

We do! As of now our giftcards are only available to use in-store, so please keep that in mind when purchasing them. If your recipient wants to use a giftcard to register for a class, all they have to do is give us a call at 403-457-0766. We currently do not offer giftcard sales online, but if you call the number above we'd be happy to help you.

Can STASH ship a gift card to my friend?

Absolutely! We know a lot of peeps don't live near their friends and fam, and still want to send them a giftcard to their favourite LYS. We're happy to help you out with this - we can send giftcards to you, to them, or have them available to be picked up in store. Just give us a call at 403-457-0766.

Please keep in mind that currently our giftcards can only be used in our retail store, or to sign up for classes.

When should I place my order to make sure it arrives for Christmas?

Great question! We suggest placing the order ASAP. Once it leaves our warehouse, we are at the mercy of the postal services. It's a very busy time for shipping companies around the world, and we can never guarantee there won't be a delay.

That being said, here's what Canada Post recommends to hopefully ensure a prompt holiday delivery*:

Packages within Canada: December 13, 2019 (Canada Post suggests that local orders may take up to 2 days, Regional 3-5 days, and National 4-9 days.)

*UPDATE: Dec 10, 2019: Canada Post has stopped guaranteeing regular packages as of Dec 10. We have added a paid option for Xpresspost shipping if you need your package delivered faster.* We are unable to guarantee Christmas delivery.

Packages to the US: December 10, 2019 (Canada Post suggests that it may take 5-8 days.)

Please keep in mind that these dates do not include processing time. Our elves will be working hard to make sure we get your orders out in a timely manner, however it's important to keep in mind our turnaround times

We are unable to guarantee shipping times.

When is my last chance to order for local pick-up?

In order to make sure your online orders have time to be packed and delivered to STASH, the last chance to order for local pick-up will be 4:00pm on December 23, 2019. You will be able to pick up your order at STASH until 2:00pm on December 24.

Additional Information:

Orders placed December 24 - 26, 2019 will be shipped or dropped off for local pickup on December 27, 2019.

Class registrations will be closed on December 24 - 26, 2019.
