We are bringing back a STASH Classic knit a long with the Sheep Camp Sweater KAL! Join Veronica in this two part get together and create the wonderful Sheep Camp Sweater from Jennifer Berg! This KAL is a fun, friendly meet up at our Inglewood neighbours High Line Brewery.  If you're looking for a little guidance, motivation, or just some socialization with fellow crafty peeps, this KAL is for you!

Skills Required: This pattern has an intermediate skill set, so peeps will need to be comfortable with pattern reading, knitting in the round, stranded colourwork, increasing/decreasing stitches, & basic sweater construction. Please note that supplies and pattern are NOT included. 

When: 

Kick Off: Wednesday, Feb 7, 2024 from 6:30PM - 9PM. Our Kick off to the KAL. Bring yourself, yarn, needles and pattern. Veronica will review the pattern deets, discuss sizing, and demo swatching in the round. There will be lots of time for socializing, too!

Wrap Up:  Wednesday, March 20, 2024 from 6:30PM - 9PM. Our wrap up party to show off your progress or completed sweater! Whether you're finished or not, swing by to talk blocking, finishing, and maybe win some sweet door prizes from STASH! 

Where: High Line Brewery. 113, 1318 9th Avenue SE, Calgary, T2G 0T3

What's Included: Your ticket will include a seat at the kick off and wrap up party, and a yummy bevvy at each, (There are lots of tasty non-alcoholic options for folks who don't drink!) and weekly emails with support, tips & tricks! 

What To Bring: 

- A copy of the Sheep Camp Pattern by Jennifer Berg. You can purchase it directly from Ravelry or you can buy it in store if you're not comfortable using Ravelry! 

- DK or Size 3 yarn in two contrasting colours. Peeps can purchase yarn at STASH or bring something they already have - if you have any questions about the suitability of your yarn or need to find something to match, swing by the store and our crafty peeps will help you out! 

- Needles to obtain gauge - we encourage you to bring a couple sizes to make sure your swatch is the right size! 

Safety: Please DO NOT drink and drive - grab a cab, an uber, walk, or the bus. This event is a safe space for all folks of all ages, races, genders, sexualities and abilities. Please read up on our safe space policy to make sure this event is safe and enjoyable for everyone.
